Flat Rates - $36.00 per column inch. The $36.00 flat rate applies to all advertising purchases under 48 column inches with a minimum ad size of 8 column inches. Ads under the minimum size will be accepted if they are prepaid and the purchase is for a minimum of 48 column inches. Bona fide advertising agencies receive standard commission only when camera ready material is provided and the account is paid in full within 90 days of invoice.
Color Rates
Ad using 4 color process or Full Color= $640.00
Graphic design/layout $60.00 per hour with minimum 1/2 hour charge. Bulk purchase discounts are available in consideration of advance payment for the total number of column inches run.
Special Placement - A 20% surcharge will be assessed for special placement; 30% surcharge will be added for special placement of a color ad.
Invoicing - Invoices are due and payable by the tenth day of the month following publication.
Non-Fulfillment - of Contract Non-fulfillment of contract will result in short rate of $36.00 per column inch for inches used.
Deadline - All advertising material must be submitted by 12:00 noon on the Monday prior to the publication date. Advertisers requesting proofs must submit material at least one week in advance of the regular deadline. If the advertiser fails to provide material to meet the deadline of the issue in which he ordered space, the publication has the right to charge for space reserved by putting the company's name, address and phone number in the space.
Subscriptions are $52.00 per year.
